The StudioLevel Store Terms and Conditions define the guidelines for placing orders and transacting via the online StudioLevel Store.

1. StudioLevel Sebastian Cybulski, located at Bednarska 3, 43-400 Cieszyn, Poland, tax ID: PL5482374781 (NIP), owns the online StudioLevel Store.

2. Orders are processed as per the following conditions. Placing an order implies customer consent to these terms.

3. All StudioLevel Store models are "ready-to-game". Entirely hand-made and hand-painted unless specified differently in the item description.

4. Delivery times are set individually, after payment processing. Each product's commission time is estimated, with deadlines subject to the current workload and material availability.

5. The prices in the online StudioLevel Store are in euro (EUR), inclusive of tax. These prices exclude local duties and shipping costs, which can be found in the Shipping Section of the Rules.

6. The shipment cost is contingent on the final weight of the ordered and packed models. In certain cases involving large models, the shipping price may vary due to potential size restrictions. We will liaise with the customer in such instances.

7. Orders can be placed via our website and email.


8. A completed StudioLevel Store online system form is mandatory for order processing. An email address is essential for order submission and processing. Orders unconfirmed within 7 working days will not be processed. A confirmation email is sent for each processed order, specifying the estimated deadline and realization details.

9. Confirmed orders cannot be canceled. In case of emergencies, kindly reach out to us.

10. All ambiguous orders will undergo a staff review and may be canceled. The customer will be notified in such cases.

11. All commission orders are processed sequentially.

12. Ordered products are shipped via Poczta Polska or a commercial courier company, within 5 days of project completion and full payment.

13. PrestaShop Checkout with PayPal integration and Bank Wire are accepted payment methods.

14. The shop may adjust product prices without prior notification, although confirmed orders will retain their original pricing.

15. Placing an order constitutes a legally binding purchase agreement.

16. Customers will be notified in the event of stock shortages. While typically, our models are "made to order" post-purchase.

18. Product returns must include the original packaging and covered shipment expenses. Used or damaged products are non-returnable.

19. Refunds for returned products will be processed via Prestashop Checkout and your method to the email address stated in the return request, within 21 working days of receiving the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

20. Any disputes arising during the purchase or order processing between the shop and the customer will initially be addressed amicably. If a mutually satisfactory resolution is not reached, the dispute will be taken to the appropriate court of law for the seller's residence.
