1. OUR RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return policy. You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it. Remember, the product should be in the same condition you received it.
2. STARTING A RETURN
Want to return something? No problem! Get in touch with us at store@studiolevel.com.pl and send your items back to: StudioLevel Sebastian Cybulski, Bednarska 3, 43-400 Cieszyn, Poland.
3. RETURNS PROCESS
When we accept your return, you have to send us the package at your own expense. Considering the worldwide shipping, we will deduct the costs of transport and taxes cost from the refund. We do not accept any items returned without initiating a return beforehand.

5. RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?
Examine your order when you receive it. If you find a defect, damage, or get the wrong item, let us know right away so we can sort out the issue.
6. NON-RETURNABLE MODELS
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of terrain that has been made to individual order
7. REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, we'll refund you on your original payment method within 21 business days.
